The City of Lanesboro will be closing Kirkwood Street this week on Thursday and Friday in order to place the final layer of asphalt. This means Kirkwood Street will be closed along the entire front of the school facility on those days.
In addition, Parkway Avenue from the corner of Kirkwood Street to the Community Center will be "NO PARKING" in order to allow buses to park along the curb for drop-off and pick-up.
Students can be dropped off along Parkway Avenue before school each day.
Parking may be generally challenging for those days so please park and operate your vehicles with caution.
